FRAMED POSTER

  • Gicléeprinted on 180  gsm matte archival art paper using genuine Epson UltraChrome inks.
  • 4cm thick timber mouldings, made of sustainable hardwood. The frontal measurement is 2cm.
  • Topped with professional framing acrylic, not glass or perspex.
  • We don't use traditional mat board. Some products come with "white border" effect, which is just unprinted area. We can custom make a print to add/remove the white border. You just need to leave an order note about it.

FRAME COLOURS

    • All the wall art are available in Black/White/Oak frame colours. Some Framed Canvas prints are available inVintage Gold colour as well (The vintage gold framing is not a clean gold colour, it will come with natural imperfections, giving a vintage look).

  • The Oak frames are made of nature timber moulding, they may come with different tones, or have timber marks on them, while the Black and White frames have smooth colour.


MEASURMENTS
The sizes are all finish size. For framed artworks, the sizes include frame. We offer standard sizes for most wall arts, however, customer size or large size may be available. Please clickhere for more information.

CARE INSTRUCTION
Our prints are printed with t he latest and best Epson printer using genuine UltraChrome® ink. As per Epson, the prints will last up to 200 years colour and 400 years black-and-white if they are taken care properly.
To look after the prints:

  • Please avoid exposure to direct sunlight;
  • Wipe clean with a dry cloth gently.
  • Blow clean if it's a canvas print with black background so that you won't leave mark on it.

Dispatch in 6-8 business days

All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by skilled framers in Melbourne. Your order will leave our warehouse in 6-8 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

Pick up from our workshop in Blackburn North VIC 3130.

We will email you when your order is ready.

Christmas Cut-off Dates

We expect large volume of orders before Christmas. The turnaround time might be longer. We encourage you order earlier to avoid delay.

Our framing workshop and office will be closed during 23rd Dec. - 2nd Jan. when our team enjoy their well-deserved break.

Please refer to the cut-off dates below.

Orders placed on or before 15th Dec Will be dispatched before Christmas.
Orders placed during 16th-21st Dec We will try our best but cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched before Christmas.
Orders placed on or after 22nd Dec Will be dispatched in the 1-2 weeks of Jan.

All our pieces are made-to-order and are packed and handled with care by our team. This ensures that during the shipping process your art arrives in perfect condition.

REPLACEMENT
In the unlikely event that your artwork does arrive damaged, we will happily replace your artwork at no extra cost. If your artwork arrives with any defect, we will arrange a replacement, too.

Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order should you need any assistance.

3 DAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your art. If you do change your mind, we have a three day change-of-mind return policy. You can return us your art to us within the three days in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
All returns must be 'as new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return, pleasecontact us as soon as possible.
WARRANTY CLAIM
All our products come with a 24 month warranty. If any fault is found within 24 months please contact us immediately. You will need to provide photos of the artwork it in condition and we will assess all warranty claims on a case by case basis.
